Due to the fact that the US Post Office cannot track packages sent to foreign countries and insurance cannot be purchased (in most cases),  I cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach their destination country. The most cost efficient way to ship packages is through US post. If you'd like to have me send eyes through an alternative method which includes insurance  (ie.
